The golden rules for avoiding back pain are as follows:
1. Sit,Stand and Sleep properly in good postures.
2. Regular back exercises are must.
3. Take breaks periodically, don't sit or stand in same position for longer duration.
4. Use proper chair with Lumbar support( lumbar is a point in our spine)
5. Avoid high heels for ladies.
6. Consult doctor, if condition worsen.
