PCOS - DO's and DONOT's

Polycystic ovary syndrome is the most common syndrome faced by millennial girls,women nowadays because of the lifestyle changes which includes lots of stress and disciplinary problems by women of today.It icludes excessive hair or baldness, acne, heavy or no menstruation(in short"irregular periods")

 DO's

  1. Maintain a healthy weight.
  2. Exercise in any form like walking,jogging,yoga.(it really really important)
  3. keep your stress in check by meditation and relaxation.
  4. Quit smoking and drinking alcohol, start with reducing the intake of the same and slowly quit it. 
  5. Eat healthy diet which includes omega3, magnesium, calcium, vitamin D and vitamin B, try to include turmeric,onion,garlic,sprouts in your diet.(diet itself is a big chapter but remember NO fast food and processed food).

 

DONOT's

  1. NO high refined food, such as white bread,sugary snacks.
  2. Don't skip meals.
  3. Don't follow any crash diet.
  4. Don't neglect symptoms and take unnecessary stress.
  5. Don't skip  daily yoga and meditation

 

Be regular and discipline in the above mentioned points and with follow it patiently and within few months you will see the difference in your energy level and changes in your body.
